Dear supporter –

In just three days of voting, over 10,000 residents have cast their ballot so far in the race for Johnson County Commission District 3! It’s another sign of how engaged the voters are in our community, and I’m proud to be your neighbor. If you need information about early voting locations and hours, please click here: https://www.jocoelection.org/voting-election-info/advance-voting

Recently, my opponent and I completed a series of five questions from the Johnson County Post. The topics are listed below (click on each to read our answers):

Homelessness

Property taxes

Housing affordability

Budget and spending

Managing growth and development

Whether it’s how we talk about growth and economic development, challenges around housing, or taxes and budget in Johnson County, it’s obvious that my opponent and I approach these issues very differently. I’ve worked in governmental and non-profit spaces for more than three decades. I know how to collaborate and build consensus to get things done. As your next county commissioner, I will bring this experience to the commission to best represent our district. Importantly, I will use facts over fears to guide my decision making.

We are continuing to talk to voters daily! Our phone bank this week was another great success! Thank you to those that joined me, and to those that are also helping me knock on as many doors as possible before November 5th. If you have some time before the election, I would love your assistance! Please click the image below to sign up!

I would love to have your help knocking doors or making phone calls to friendly voters! We have added another phone bank to the calendar on October 30th. I hope you will join me by clicking here or on the image below!

Thank you for your support!

Finally, thank you to the generous donors that contributed towards our final fundraising goal for this election. We raised $800 and are now just $4200 away from fully funding the remaining obligations of this campaign. If you can chip in towards this final goal, I would really appreciate your help!
