COMMISSIONER’S MESSAGE

Thank you for your strong support of my candidacy in the 2024 elections. I am honored to serve as your 3 rd District Commissioner. I believe how we show up matters in ensuring effective government. Like so many of our fellow residents, my family and I are Johnson Countians by choice and are committed to the community we’ve called home since 2011.

District 3, which covers the Southeast/Southcentral portions of our county, is home to
unincorporated communities with rich histories, award-winning schools and arboretum, well established and newer housing options, and vibrant shopping, dining, and recreational amenities. District 3 includes portions of the cities of Spring Hill, Overland Park, Leawood, small portions of Olathe and Gardner, as well as Aubry, Oxford, and Spring Hill Townships.

I am committed to working with all residents on our community vision, building on our
strengths, and defining what a healthy community looks like tomorrow and beyond. I have spent my life connecting with people around shared priorities, goals, issues, and needs that impact our most vital resource – each other.
