Why Julie

Julie has spent a lifetime working with communities tackling the big issues that impact residents. Her wide-ranging experience is what we need in a County Commissioner.

Why I am running

How we show up matters. I am committed to creating positive leadership change for Johnson County in Commission District 3.

Johnson County is home to great neighborhoods, award-winning schools, thriving businesses, beautiful parks and trails, all built on a strong infrastructure. We benefit from past residents, business and civic leaders who envisioned what Johnson County could be and took action.

I am committed to working with all residents on our vision, building on our strengths, and defining what a healthy community looks like tomorrow and beyond. I have spent my life connecting with people around shared priorities, goals, issues, and needs that impact our most vital resource – each other.

Where we live, work, learn, and play, and how we build connections with each other impacts our well-being. I want to work with you today to build a vibrant tomorrow.
